These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website beatriceandrose.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us This website is operated by Beatrice & Rose. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Beatrice & Rose. You can reach us at info@beatriceandrose.com.

2. Applicability These Terms apply to every visit to our Site and every order placed with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order is the version that applies.

3. Products and product information We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, materials and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in real life. Minor errors, typographical mistakes or inaccuracies may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct these without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing All prices on our Site are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

5. Orders and payment Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. A contract of sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the payment details provided are correct. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Processing and delivery Processing time is 1 to 3 working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers or unforeseen events are outside our control. Customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect address details.

7. Risk and title Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Title to the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

8. Returns and cancellations For information about returns, exchanges and cancellations, please refer to our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day they receive the goods, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy.

9. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatrice & Rose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Intellectual property All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and design, is the property of Beatrice & Rose or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

11. Personal data Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your information.

12. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at info@beatriceandrose.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days and will do our best to resolve the issue. 

13. Force majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or carrier delays.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

15. This website is operated by Butera Innovation, trading under the name Beatrice & Rose. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Beatrice & Rose.
